Program supports neighborhood-based partner organizations in historically disinvested areas
Eligible organizations include community development corporations, neighborhood-based development organizations, umbrella organizations and other neighborhood-based organizations. Eligible projects support locally-driven revitalization initiatives and help advance neighborhood revitalization and transformation.

The Department of Housing & Community Development (DHCD) announces the next Community Catalyst Grants (CCG) funding round. Through this Notice of Funding Availability (the “NOFA”), the Baltimore City Department of Housing and Community Development (“DHCD”) is making up to $2 Million Dollars in Capital funding available. The application portal opened on August 18, 2025, at 12:01 AM ET and applications are due by October 3, 2025, at 5:00 PM ET.
