Community Catalyst Grants (CCG)

Program supports neighborhood-based partner organizations in historically disinvested areas

The City of Baltimore launched the Community Catalyst Grants Program (CCG) to support locally driven community development work. CCG is a competitive awards program that has provided capital funds and operating funds for community-driven revitalization efforts since 2018.

Eligible organizations include community development corporations, neighborhood-based development organizations, umbrella organizations and other neighborhood-based organizations. Eligible projects support locally-driven revitalization initiatives and help advance neighborhood revitalization and transformation.

New! CCG Round 4 – 2024

The Department of Housing & Community Development (DHCD) announces the next Community Catalyst Grants (CCG) funding round.  Through this Notice of Funds Available (NOFA), DHCD is making $1.5 million in capital funds and $500,000 in operating funds available.   The application portal will open on February 26, 2024, and applications are due by April 12, 2024.
