Scott announced a new program to support Baltimore City homeowners facing a mortgage crisis. The Emergency Mortgage & Housing Assistance Program will assist Baltimore City homeowners experiencing economic hardship related to the COVID-19 pandemic whose homes are at risk of foreclosure.

Application Period Opens for Community Catalyst Grants

Mayor, City Leaders Announce Tax Sale Exemption Program

HUD visited Baltimore today to mark the 30th anniversary of the creation of the Office of Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes and to highlight the progress by the Green & Healthy Homes Initiative (GHHI), the City of Baltimore and partners in the fight to end childhood lead poisoning. That partnership has achieved a 99% reduction in childhood lead poisoning prevalence in Baltimore since 1993.

DHCD Issues Fall 2021 RFP

Inclusionary Housing Draft Interim Report Available for Public Comment

Mayor Scott Appoints Alice Kennedy Housing Commissioner

Mayor Announces Details of Baltimore City Pandemic Rent Court Program, Focused on Preventing Evictions
