Fall 2022 Call for Expressions of Interest

DHCD has issued a call for Expressions of Interest (EOI) to develop several city-owned sites. We are seeking submissions from experienced developers for three strategic locations.

The City aims to continue ongoing, large-scale revitalization efforts by promoting properties in locations primed for redevelopment. Additionally, the City seeks to determine potential re-use opportunities for these sites. Through the EOI process, the City will establish a list of interested, qualified firms, which could lead to issuing Requests for Proposals.

The following properties are included in the current EOI:

  • 802-822 Edmondson Avenue - Bundle 1
  • 803-817 Edmondson Avenue - Bundle 2
  • 2501 Seabury Rd to 2700 Seamon Ave

DHCD is hosting a virtual pre-submission conference on Monday, November 7, 2022, at 5 p.m.

The deadline to submit an EOI for the listed properties is Tuesday, January 10, 2023, by 11:59 p.m. (EST)
