Schedule Online
All permits must have a final inspection before a Certificate of Occupancy can be issued (review the Inspection Guidelines and Other Permit Information for more information).
NEW! - All inspections can now be scheduled online, following the prompts once you log into your existing account. This service is available 24 hours a day. Through the Online Inspection Scheduler, you can:
- Schedule inspections
- Cancel and reschedule inspections
- Check the status of inspections
- View your history of inspections
Just click on the "Inspection Scheduler" button available in your existing permits account.
Schedule by Phone
Customers can also call the QuickTrac system (443-984-2776) 24 hours a day to schedule permit inspections via phone.
QuickTrac is linked to our building permit system and allows callers to:
- Schedule inspections
- Cancel and reschedule inspections
- Check inspection results
- Check Permit & Plans Review Status
QuickTrac works with any touch-tone phone, including cell phones. Before calling, you will need:
- Your permit number or plan number
- Inspection codes, if scheduling or cancelling an inspection
