Short-Term Rentals (continued)

If you are submitting a new Short-Term rental application or if you are renewing an existing Short-Term rental license, you will be required to create a new online account and new Short-Term rental registration in the new online portal.

Hosted units – A hosted unit requires the owner to reside in the property with the guest(s) during their stay. Hosted units may renew or apply for a new license using this site.

Un-hosted units – Un-hosted units must already have an existing Short-Term rental license and can renew their license using this site. There are no new licenses being issued for un-hosted units.

For Short-Term license renewals only: To renew your existing/expired Short-Term rental license, you will need a Claim Code. The Claim Code will be sent to the email address associated with your original Short-Term Rental registration account.
