Fall 2022 RFP Submission Form

Through the Department of Housing and Community Development(DHCD), the City of Baltimore uses the Request for Proposal ("RFP") or Request for Qualifications ("RFQ")  Programs to offer large scale development projects to qualified development teams and nonprofit organizations.   Proposals are welcome from  developers or development teams that require extensive experience in urban revitalization initiatives, a proven track record of community partnerships, and financial  and organizational capacity to successfully implement and complete complex redevelopment projects within a timely period.

The Fall 2022 Request for Proposal was released on Wednesday, September 14, 2022.  DHCD will host a Pre-Proposal Conference on Wednesday, September 21, 2022.  Questions and Answers from the Pre-Proposal will be posted on the DHCD website by Friday, September 23, 2022 at 3 p.m. (EST).  Written questions and inquiries will be accepted from Respondents but must be submitted online by Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at 3 p.m. (EST)

NOTICE OF EXTENSION:  DHCD Fall 2022 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)  
Notice is hereby given that the City of Baltimore's Department of Housing anc Community Development (DHCD) has extended the Fall 2022 RFP  issued, September 14, 2022. The DHCD has determined that it would be in its best interest to extend RFP.  The new deadline for submission is Friday, November 18, 2022 at 11:59 pm (Eastern Standard Time)

The DHCD wishes to thank everyone for their interest in working with DHCD that have applied prior, and you do not need to re-submit.  POSTED: November 15, 2022

Any proposal received after this date and time will not be accepted.  Questions regarding proposals should be directed to developmentinfo@baltimorecity.gov.
