DHCD Invitation to Bid for 1701 E. North Avenue seeks developers or development teams that have extensive experience in urban revitalization initiatives, a proven track record of community partnerships, and financial  and organizational capacity to successfully implement and complete complex redevelopment projects within a timely period.

The Invitation to Bid was released Friday, February 4, 2021.   

RFP Submission Guidelines:  Proposals will be received until 11:59 pm., Friday, April 15, 2022.  Any proposal received after this date and time will not be accepted.  Questions regarding proposals should be directed to developmentinfo@baltimorecity.gov.

Only completed applications will be accepted.
