The Baltimore City Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is making up to $4,500,000 available through the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) to support new construction of affordable rental housing and/or the rehabilitation of existing affordable rental projects. This NOFA includes a set-aside of up to $975,000 specifically for certified Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs).
DHCD is releasing this funding round in coordination with the State of Maryland's 2026 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) round scheduled or Spring/Summer 2026.
