DHCD and MOHS Public Hearing

The Baltimore City Department of Housing & Community Development and the Mayor's Office of Homeless Services are holding a Public Hearing to provide citizens an opportunity to discuss community needs and review the City's past performance in using the four Federal formula grant programs.  The hearing is also an opportunity to learn about applying for City Fiscal Year 2022 funding through the Community Devleopment Block Grant (CDBG) program.
