Affordable Rental Housing
DHCD's Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF) is making up to $6.5 million available to support New Construction and/or Rehabilitation of Existing Affordable Rental Housing. The Department is seeking projects that are impactful and that will leverage additional investment. The NOFA designates up to $1 million of the funds for Community Land Trust and up to $1 million of the funds for emerging developers. Proposals are due by March 17, 2025.
A Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for February 5, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
