The City of Baltimore Department of Housing and Community Development is seeking one or more developers to rehabilitate eight city-owned residential structures in the 2100 block of Vine Street in the Fayette Street Outreach neighborhood for homeownership.  A community presentation will take place to review submissions from interested developers.
